James Vosotas - Hospitality Leader with Background in Banking

An experienced senior executive in the hospitality industry, James Vosotas has managed brand-name and boutique hotels nationwide for over a decade. Working out of Miami, Florida, James Vosotas establishes and operates hospitality ventures in markets throughout the United States.

In addition, Mr. Vosotas also has a history in hotel acquisition and development that has included ground-up construction projects and the restoration of historic buildings. He first entered the hospitality industry in 2009.

From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Vosotas served as an investment banker with Citigroup Global Markets in New York City. His work with Citigroup included leading the issuance of over $13 billion in mortgage-backed securities and the origination of over $2 billion in commercial real estate funding.

Moreover, Mr. Vosotas advised on real estate M&A transactions totaling more than $10 billion and spearheaded the organization of numerous private equity fund structures. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and a bachelor of science in mathematics and economics from the University of Michigan.
